A wristband gives you unlimited access to £6 Signature Cocktails at over 100 top bars across Edinburgh for all ten days of the festival. A wristband also grants you free entry to the Cocktail Village at Festival Square with 24 pop-up bars, live music, street food and more.

We encourage all participating venues to offer an alcohol-free alternative to their Signature Cocktail. Venues that offer a non-alcoholic cocktail are marked with a 0% symbol here.

You can collect your wristband from the Box Office at the Cocktail Village at Festival Square between Thursday 1st - Sunday 11th October 2026.
The Box Office is open 10am - 11pm daily (8pm close on Sundays).
Please bring along your digital tickets for us to scan and we will exchange these for your wristbands.

Yes, it is necessary to have your wristband securely fastened to access the Cocktail Village and cocktails available in venues around the city. QR codes do not act as a wristband and will not be accepted by bars. Your wristband is considered void once broken or not securely attached to your wrist. We do not replace wristbands so please keep your wristband on for the duration you wish to use it.

There is no restriction on how many cocktails you can buy at each bar or across the ten-day festival but orders are restricted to two cocktails per order. Please drink responsibly.

No, you may only order two cocktails at a time with a wristband.

Yes, we offer a £5 weekday wristband for students. This wristband is valid for entry to the Cocktail Village at Festival Square for four days, Monday 5th - Thursday 8th October. It is also valid for £6 cocktails at over 100 participating bars across the city for all 10 days of the festival.
Order your wristband online here then collect it at the Cocktail Village during the festival.
A valid student ID must be presented when collecting your wristband.

The Cocktail Village is located at Festival Square - directly opposite Usher Hall - on Lothian Road. Open hours are Friday 2nd - Sunday 11th October 2026, 12pm - 11pm (8pm close on both Sundays).

It is possible to collect wristbands on behalf of someone else. Please bring their digital ticket with you and we will exchange this for a wristband.

Wristbands can be purchased at the Box Office at the Cocktail Village, subject to availability. We recommend purchasing wristbands in advance through our website for the best prices.

You must be wearing a wristband to gain entry to the Cocktail Village.

Yes, we offer one complimentary wristband to companions/carers accompanying a guest with a disability.
The guest with a disability is required to purchase a wristband, either from our website in advance, or at the box office during the festival.
Then, when buying or collecting their wristband from the box office, please present a copy of one of the documents listed below.
Entitlement to DLA/Personal Independent Payments in the form of a letter stating that the benefit has been awarded (dated within the last 24 months)
Attendance Allowance or Carer's Allowance letter of award (dated within the last 24 months)
A letter notifying the recipient that the benefit has been awarded Incapacity Benefit or Employment Support Allowance (dated within the last 24 months)
Disability Student's Allowance (DSA) or DID card (UK Disabled ID Card)
A valid Blue Badge.
A BD8 Card or a Certificate of Visual Impairment (CVI).
Credibility’s/Nimbus Access Card with the Essential Companion symbol.
We are unable to accept care home letters or care home identification cards as proof of entitlement.
The companion/carer will be issued a wristband to match the type of wristband that was purchased.
You may be asked to present ID when collecting a companion/carerwristband.

The dress code at the Cocktail Village is defined as smart casual. This means casual, but neat and stylish, clothing is appropriate. Smart trainers are permitted, however activewear, workwear and fancy dress are not. We reserve the right to refuse entry at our discretion.

We are unable to offer table reservations at the Cocktail Village.

Children and young persons are not permitted in the Cocktail Village. You must be aged eighteen or over.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome at the Cocktail Village every day with the exception of Saturdays. Dogs must be kept on a short lead at all times.

For the safety of our guests and staff, suitcases and large items of luggage, including backpacks and shopping bags, are not permitted inside the Cocktail Village. We have a small cloakroom you can store these in, subject to a visual security inspection. Please enquire at the Box Office on arrival.

Liquids are not permitted to enter or leave the Cocktail Village. Water is available free of charge inside. One small cold snack item is permitted per person.
